国家统计局在《城市高收入群体分析》中,用“高收入群体”代替了“富人”之说。其出台的中国“富人”新标准为:年收入3.2万元。这是全国城市住户 10%最高收人家庭户均可支配收入的底线。这太令人兴奋了,“哈哈,我也成了富人2”可是兴奋之余,不免有些疑虑和辛酸。我都快成京城乞丐了,居然还有人说我是富人!按照这个标准,京城恐怕满街都是富人。 当然,这是绝对标准,是站在全国范围内看,个别地区还有相对标准,譬如在西部,年薪5万是很了不起的了,在北京却很一般。中国的富人到了国外,还抵不上一个洗盘子的女工。统计局说,根据地区差异,北京的相对富人标准是年收入6万元。即便如此,也不能说明问题。按照这个标准,这些
