本文用微分脉冲极谱法研究了茶碱的电化学行为及电极反应机理,认为具络合物吸附波性质。应用于茶碱药物制剂的分析,可以不经分离直接测定。
In this paper, the electrochemical behavior of theophylline and the electrode reaction mechanism were studied by differential pulse polarography. It is considered that there are complex adsorption wave properties. Applied to the theophylline pharmaceutical preparations can be directly measured without isolation.
