目的研究普鲁卡因胺抗血栓及其作用机理。方法给小鼠注射胶原和肾上腺素混合液,制造肺血栓模型,用放免法测定6-keto-PGF1a和TXB2含量。结果普鲁卡因胺5mg/kg,10mg/kg和20mg/kg使小鼠的幸存率增加33.3%-80.0%;使6-keto-PGF1a的产量提高70.8%-223.9%;而同时抑制TXB_2的产生,抑制率为20.5%-44.7%,6-keto-PGF1a与TXB_2的比值明显提高,对照组为1.2,药物组为2.6,4.0和7.1。结论普鲁卡因胺具有明显的抗肺血栓作用,其作用与6-keto-PGF1a和TXB_2的比值增加有关。
Objective To study the anti-thrombosis of procainamide and its mechanism. Methods Mice were injected with a mixture of collagen and epinephrine to make a pulmonary thrombus model. The contents of 6-keto-PGF1a and TXB2 were determined by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS Prussianamine 5 mg / kg, 10 mg / kg and 20 mg / kg increased the survival rate of mice by 33.3% -80.0%; the yield of 6-keto-PGF1a increased by 70.8% -223. 9%; while inhibiting the production of TXB_2, the inhibition rate was 20.5% -44.7%, the ratio of 6-keto-PGF1a and TXB_2 was significantly increased in the control group was 1.2, the drug group was 2.6,4 .0 and 7.1. Conclusion Prussianamine has a significant anti-pulmonary thrombosis effect, which is related to the increased ratio of 6-keto-PGF1a and TXB2.
