针对多重残疾儿童的指导,以及独立活动能力指导,本次修订的《学习指导纲要》规定,有义务制定个别指导计划。个别指导计划是为了使残疾儿童最大限度地发挥各自潜力、培养“生存能力”而实施的一项计划,即根据每个残疾儿童的残疾状况给予具体的指导。关于指导计划笔者想从灵活指导的观点出发提出以下几点意见。

The revised Learning Guidance Outline stipulates that it is obligated to formulate individual guidance plans. Individual mentoring programs are a program implemented to maximize the potential of disabled children and develop “viability”, ie to give specific guidance on the handicapped status of each disabled child. On the guidance plan I want to point out from the flexible point of view the following comments.
