内源性洋地黄样因子(Endogenous digitalis-like factor,EDF)是由下丘脑和心脏等组织分泌的一种循环激素,和外源性洋地黄一样,显著抑制细胞膜Na~+-K~+-ATP酶活性,竞争性抑制~3H-哇巴因与受体结合,与地高辛抗体有交叉性反应,在免疫学方面显示出具有类似洋地黄样的免疫活性。EDF分泌失调在某些心血管疾病的发生、发展过程中可能起一定作用。为此,我们应用放射免疫方法检测112例心脏病患者血清EDF浓度,探讨其变化的意义。
Endogenous digitalis-like factor (Endogenous digitalis-like factor, EDF) is a circulating hormone secreted by the hypothalamus and heart tissue, and extrinsic digitalis significantly inhibited the Na ~ + -K ~ + - ATPase activity, competitive inhibition ~ 3H-ouabain binding to the receptor, and cross-resistance to digoxin antibodies, immunologically showed similar digitalis like immunocompetence. EDF secretion disorders may play a role in the occurrence and development of certain cardiovascular diseases. To this end, we used radioimmunoassay method to detect serum EDF concentrations in 112 patients with heart disease, and to explore its significance.
