本文从结冰探测器安装位置的重要性出发,阐述了结冰探测器安装位置要求和相应的分析方法。采用欧拉方法对某型飞机的结冰探测器安装位置进行了校核,通过三维流场和水滴撞击特性分析,得到机头部位的LWC分布,定义了水滴遮蔽区,对比了探头高度与水滴遮蔽高度,结果表明各飞行状态下过冷水滴能够撞击到结冰探测器探头上;对比了飞机在正负极限攻角下的结冰探测器和大气数据传感器流线,表明结冰探测器与大气传感器不会发生气动干扰。
Based on the importance of icing detector installation location, this paper elaborates the icing detector installation location requirements and the corresponding analysis methods. Euler method was used to check the installation position of an icing detector on a certain aircraft. Through the analysis of three-dimensional flow field and droplet impact characteristics, the LWC distribution of the nose was obtained and the water droplet shielding area was defined.
