为克服二叶罗茨鼓风机噪音较大 ,密封性能较差 ,容积效率不理想等弱点 ,试用宽凸台渐开线叶型设计 ,以提高面积利用系数、降低功耗和噪音 .通过对宽凸台圆弧、短幅外摆线、渐开线、长幅外摆线及相关的圆弧线等型线的合理配置而组成三叶罗茨鼓风机叶轮型线 .并给出了该叶型型线的设计公式 .宽凸台圆弧 :x=Rmcos(φ4 +π/6 ) ,y=Rmsin(φ4 +π/6 ) ;短幅外摆线 :x=Acos(γ-τ) - Ri cos(γ- 2τ) ,y=Asin(γ-τ) - Ri sin(γ- 2τ) ;渐开线 :x =R0[cos(θ- π/3- invαp) +θsin(θ- π/3- invαp) ],y=R0 [θcos(θ- π/3- invαp) - sin(θ- π/3- invαp) ];长幅外摆线 :x=Acos(π/2 - φ1 +τ) - Rmcos(π/2 - φ1 +2 τ) ,y=Asin(π/2 - φ1 +τ) - Rmsin(π/2 - φ1 +2 τ) ;谷部圆弧 :x=(A- Rm)sinφ1 ,y=(A- Rm) cosφ1 .试验证明不仅改善了密封性能 ,而且提高了面积利用系数 ,降低了功耗和噪音
