从自然发病或死亡的34只豚鼠的肝、脾、胆囊和肠系股淋巴结等分离出一种生物学性状完全相同的致病菌,经鉴定这些菌株具有相同的生化学和血清学特性.其抗原结构是6,8:r:1,5,属于沙门氏菌属的C2群的病牛沙门氏菌血清型。经病理检查证实该菌对豚鼠具有较强的致病性,能引起急性小肠炎、胆囊炎以及在单枚巨噬细胞系统有特征性伤寒样肉芽肿病变。本实验结果明确证实病牛沙门氏菌血清型是引起豚鼠沙门氏菌病兽疫流行的新病原之一。
Pathogenic bacteria with the same biological traits were isolated from the liver, spleen, gallbladder and intestinal lymph nodes of 34 guinea pigs which were found or died naturally. The strains were identified as having the same biochemical and serological characteristics. Its antigenic structure is 6, 8: r: 1,5, Salmonella enterica serotypes belonging to the C2 group of Salmonella. Pathological examination confirmed that the bacteria in guinea pigs have strong pathogenicity, can cause acute enteritis, cholecystitis and in a single macrophage system characterized by typhoid-like granulomatous lesions. The results of this experiment clearly confirmed that Salmonella serovar serotype is one of the new pathogens causing the outbreak of Salmonella in Guinea pigs.
