新生儿心律失常近年来在临床上常有发现,但对其认识还很不充分,容易漏诊和误诊。现将我科新生儿室1988年10月到1994年10月收治的经心电图证实的14例新生儿心律失常分析如下。 临床资料 男8例,女6例。足月儿12例,早产儿2例。发病日龄≤1天8例,～7天4例,～15天2例。死于原发疾病1例,自动出院2例。心律失常原因:出生重度窒息9例;感染性疾病4例,其中败血症合并化脓性脑膜炎1例,肺炎2例,病毒性心肌炎1例;先天性心脏病1例。心律失常类型:二房性早搏4例,交界性早搏1例,室性早搏4例,
Neonatal arrhythmia in clinical practice in recent years often found, but its understanding is still inadequate, easy to miss and misdiagnosis. Now our department newborn room from October 1988 to October 1994 confirmed by electrocardiogram 14 cases of neonatal arrhythmia analysis is as follows. Clinical data of 8 males and 6 females. 12 cases of full-term children, 2 cases of premature children. Day of onset ≤ 1 day in 8 cases, ~ 7 days in 4 cases, ~ 15 days in 2 cases. 1 died of primary disease, 2 cases were discharged automatically. Causes of arrhythmia: 9 cases of severe neonatal asphyxia; 4 cases of infectious diseases, including 1 cases of sepsis with purulent meningitis, 2 cases of pneumonia, 1 case of viral myocarditis; 1 case of congenital heart disease.
