采用胃腔灌流法,观察电刺激大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LHA)对胃酸分泌和胃泌素释放的影响.并对外周传出机制进行初步分析。结果表明:①神经完整组大鼠.电刺激LHA后,胃酸分泌增加.但血清胃泌素无变化。②行双侧膈下迷走神经切除术的大鼠.电刺激LHA前血清胃泌素是神经完整组的5.7倍,刺激后血清胃泌素水平明显升高.但胃酸分泌不变。③行腹腔交感神经节切除术的大鼠.电刺激LHA后.胃酸分泌增加.血清胃泌素不变。④切除双侧膈下迷走神经和腹腔交感神经节的大鼠.电刺激LHA.胃酸分泌和血清胃泌素均无明显改变。但是.刺激前血清胃泌素浓度是神经完整组的5.5倍。以上结果提示:LHA是中枢调节胃酸和胃泌素分泌的结构之一。电刺激LHA可通过迷走神经使胃酸分泌增加,LHA对胃泌素释放的调节可能是通过迷走神经和交感神经而实现的。
The gastric cavity perfusion method was used to observe the effect of LHA on gastric acid secretion and gastrin release in rats and preliminary analysis of peripheral efferent mechanism. The results showed that: (1) After the LHA was electrically stimulated, the gastric acid secretion increased but the serum gastrin did not change. ② The bilateral subdiaphragmatic vagotomy was performed in rats.Serum gastrin before LHA stimulation was 5.7 times higher than that in the intact nerve group, and the level of serum gastrin was significantly increased after stimulation, but the gastric acid secretion remained unchanged. ③ rats underwent sympathectomy for abdominal sympathectomy.After electrical stimulation of LHA, gastric acid secretion increased.Serum gastrin unchanged. ④ Excision of bilateral subdiaphragmatic vagal and intra-abdominal sympathetic ganglia rats.Electro-stimulated LHA gastric acid secretion and serum gastrin no significant change. However, the serum concentration of gastrin before stimulation was 5.5 times that of the intact nerve group. The above results suggest that LHA is one of the central regulators of gastric acid and gastrin secretion. Electrical stimulation of LHA can increase gastric acid secretion through vagus nerve, and regulation of gastrin release by LHA may be through the vagus nerve and sympathetic nerve.
