为了对挖掘机的回转制动能进行回收,采用了一种由回转马达、回收马达、电机和超级电容组成的回转动能回收系统;对回收系统的主要元件进行了数学建模,并在此基础上搭建了基于AMESim的回收系统仿真平台;通过仿真试验,分别分析了不同电机力矩和不同回收马达排量对系统性能的影响,为回转能量回收系统的设计、调试及性能优化提供了依据。
In order to recover the rotary braking energy of the excavator, a rotary kinetic energy recovery system consisting of a rotary motor, a recovery motor, a motor and a super capacitor is adopted; the main components of the recovery system are mathematically modeled and The simulation system based on AMESim is set up. The influence of different motor torque and displacement of different motors on the performance of the system is analyzed respectively through simulation. The results provide the basis for the design, debugging and performance optimization of the rotary energy recovery system.
