本文主要就浙江民企在对外直接投资上存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了解决的方案:1、民营企业规模小资金不足,要明确投资目的提高投资效益;2、加强与中介服务机构的联系,尽可能地降低投资风险;3、调整省内的产业结构,开辟多元化投资市场;4、加快企业品牌建设,努力创造世界级品牌;5、切实重视对外直接投资人才的培养;6、转变政府职能,完善相关的政策法规。
This paper mainly discusses the existing problems of Zhejiang private enterprises in foreign direct investment, and puts forward the solutions: 1, the small-scale private-owned enterprises lack of funds, to clear the purpose of investment to improve investment returns; 2, to strengthen the intermediary service agencies , As far as possible to reduce the investment risk; 3, adjust the province’s industrial structure, opening up a diversified investment market; 4, accelerate the brand building, and strive to create a world-class brand; 5, pay attention to the training of foreign direct investment personnel; 6, change Government functions, improve the relevant policies and regulations.
