目的 探索雏鸡近视眼动物模型在形成过程中的屈光状态的变化规律。方法 选出生 2 4h内的雏鸡 80只 ,做观测项目的测定 ,以右眼做实验眼 ,左眼为自身对照。每 7d做一次检测 ,每 14d随机选 4只实验眼 ,去除遮盖 7d ,观察变化。结果 屈光状态的变化过程并非直线式的 ,而表现为突然地上升后 ,在一定范围内起伏波动。去遮盖后 ,所形成的近视度数发生减退 ,其减退的程度与去遮盖的早晚相关。去遮盖后已发生近视度数减退者 ,再重新遮盖后仍能使近视度数增加。结论 雏鸡近视眼动物模型早期进展较快 ,以后略有波动 ,91d后稳定在一定水平。去除遮盖后 ,已形成的近视度数发生减退 ,其减退的程度与去除遮盖的早晚相关
Objective To explore the changes of refractive state of chick myopia animal model in the process of its formation. Methods 80 chickens within 24 h were selected for the determination of the observation items, the experimental eyes of the right eye and the left eye as the self-control. Every 7d to do a test, every 14d randomly selected 4 experimental eyes, remove the cover 7d, observe the changes. The results of the refractive state of the process of change is not linear, but showed a sudden rise in fluctuation within a certain range. To cover, the formation of myopia decreased, the extent of their decline and to cover the sooner or later related. To cover the myopia has occurred after the number of subsidence, and then again after the cover can still make myopia increased. Conclusion The myopia model of chickens progressed rapidly in the early stage and fluctuated slightly afterwards and stabilized at a certain level after 91 days. After removing the cover, the degree of myopia has been reduced, the extent of its decline and remove the cover sooner or later
