以工作过程和工作任务为导向,以培养具有较强首岗胜任能力和可持续发展能力的高素质、高技能人才为目标,改革传统学科课程体系,以《商业展示设计》课程为例,通过广告会展相关行业企业的人才需求调研,归纳、分析商业展示设计对应岗位工作任务及能力要素,从而明确课程培养的目标、课程设计理念、选择合适的载体由简单到复杂构建学习情境、教学内容的组织、实施,来完成整套课程开发的流程。
