1病例报告患儿男,2岁。因发现右侧阴囊肿大1个月余入院。患儿入院前1个月无意中发现右侧阴囊肿大,就诊当地医院行彩超检查显示,右睾丸肿大且血供丰富,查甲胎蛋白(AFP)188ng/ml,未进行任何治疗。此后右阴囊肿大逐渐加重,患儿来我院就诊。入院专科检查:右侧睾丸明显肿大,大小3cm×2.5cm,质硬、附睾扪及不清、无明显波动感、透光试验阴性,右
