胰岛β细胞瘤的临床表现较为复杂,易误诊误治而导致难以恢复的脑和神经系统损害,甚至死亡。本院近14年来曾先后收治该病7例,其中经手术及病理证实者4例。现结合临床资料阐述诊治中的经验教训。临床资料本文4例,男女各2例。年龄在27~48岁间平均37.5岁,病史最长者2年余,最短者6个月。临床表现:所有病例都有阵发性、发作性低血糖症状、如阵发性神志模糊、晕厥、抽搐、冷汗、心悸、小便失禁、昏迷。其中2例发作
The clinical manifestations of pancreatic β-cell neoplasms are relatively complex, and they are often misdiagnosed and mistreated, resulting in unrecoverable brain and nervous system damage and even death. In the past 14 years, this hospital has treated 7 cases of the disease, including 4 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology. Now combine the clinical data to explain the experiences and lessons in diagnosis and treatment. Clinical data in this case 4 cases, 2 cases for men and women. The average age of 27 to 48 years old is 37.5 years old. The longest medical history is more than 2 years and the shortest is 6 months. Clinical manifestations: All cases have paroxysmal, episodes of hypoglycemia, such as paroxysmal ambiguity, syncope, convulsions, cold sweat, palpitations, urinary incontinence, and coma. Two of these attacks
