根据阳极极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱 ,比较了模拟冷却水中氯离子和硫离子对 3 1 6L不锈钢钝化膜耐蚀性能的影响。结果显示 ,氯离子的质量浓度大于一定值时使不锈钢在模拟冷却水中的点蚀电位降低 ,但在开路电位下自然形成钝化膜过程中电极阻抗值变化较小。硫离子使不锈钢钝化膜钝态电流显著增加 ,降低了电极的阻抗值
According to the anodic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, the effects of chloride ions and sulfide ions in simulated cooling water on corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel passive film were compared. The results show that when the mass concentration of chloride ion is greater than a certain value, the pitting potential of stainless steel in simulated cooling water decreases, but the change of electrode impedance changes little when the passivation film forms naturally under the open circuit potential. Sulfur ions make stainless steel passive film passivation current significantly increased, reducing the electrode impedance
