利用腐蚀失重和电化学测试方法并结合SEM分析技术,研究90℃含有H_2S的模拟炼油厂常减压塔顶冷凝水中不同HCl浓度下碳钢的腐蚀行为。结果表明,HCl有效地促进碳钢的阴极过程,阴极去极化过程随HCl浓度升高而加剧,碳钢腐蚀速率加快。无HCl时,碳钢表面形成大量的腐蚀坑,而有HCl存在时,电极表面呈现严重的均匀腐蚀。金属表面形成的腐蚀产物为四方硫铁矿。
The corrosion behavior of carbon steel under different HCl concentrations in condensate at atmospheric and vacuum condensate at 90 ℃ containing H2S was studied by means of corrosion loss and electrochemical measurements combined with SEM analysis. The results showed that HCl effectively promoted the cathodic process of carbon steel. The depolarization of cathode accelerated with the increase of HCl concentration, and the corrosion rate of carbon steel accelerated. In the absence of HCl, a large amount of corrosion pits form on the surface of the carbon steel, and severe corrosion occurs on the surface of the electrode when HCl is present. The corrosion product formed on the metal surface is tetragonal pyrite.
