蛤湖隧道浅埋段山体破碎,节理发育,泥夹层。潜孔钻钻进成孔,造成塌孔,超前钢管无法安装顶进,在钻孔过程中多次卡钻,无法钻到设计要求的深度。经有关设计部门同意采取对破碎山体进行压浆处理,使浅埋段山体硬化,达到整体性好,提高山体破碎的承载能力,完成了浅埋段的超前管棚支护,确保了隧道洞口掘进安全施工。
