1前言压力是工质热力状态的主要参数之一。热力发电厂需要测量压力和差压的地方很多,测量范围很宽,约从1×10~3Pa到24MPa。保证压力测量的准确性对于机组安全、经济运行有重要意义。例如给水压力、汽包压力、主蒸汽压力、凝汽器真空、各处油压和烟风道压力等,都是运行中需要监视的重要参数。在现场安装、运行过程中压力表的阀门、接管的安装维护属机务专业,而压力表的校验安装属热工专业。本文对常用的弹簧管压力表安装、运行维护中存在的问题做一分析。2被测量介质物理化学性质对压力表的影响
1 Introduction Pressure is one of the main parameters of the thermal state of working fluid. Thermal power plants need to measure pressure and differential pressure in many places, measuring a wide range, from about 1 × 10 ~ 3Pa to 24MPa. To ensure the accuracy of pressure measurement for unit safety, economic operation is of great significance. For example, feed water pressure, steam drum pressure, main steam pressure, condenser vacuum, oil pressure and smoke duct pressure are important parameters that need to be monitored during operation.
