随着社会经济的快速发展,城市化建设与工业化建设进程在不断加快,我国的建筑工程事业无论是从数量上还是从规模上来看,都得到了全面的发展。在建设工程施工的过程中,施工单位应该采取相应的控制和组织管理手段,来控制施工成本、确保施工进度以及保证施工质量,因此在这一过程中加强项目管理是十分重要的。但是就目前来看,我国的建筑工程在管理过程中还存在着一些问题,阻碍着施工进度,并在一定程度上降低了施工质量、增加了成本费用,施工安全也存在着隐患。因此,对建筑工程管理过程中存在的问题,针对性的采取有效控制措施是十分必要的。
