保持血糖平稳是每位糖尿病患者梦寐以求的事,我当然不也不例外。从去年检查出糖尿病的那一天开始,我就与糖魔进行着不屈不饶的抗争,半年多来,经过自己的不懈努力,终于使自己的血糖逐渐趋于平稳。心得之一:保持良好的心理状态。
Maintaining a stable blood glucose level is something that every person with diabetes dreams of. Of course I’m not without exception. From the day I checked out the diabetes mellitus last year, I started an unyielding struggle with sugar magic. After six months of hard work, I finally got my blood sugar gradually stabilized. One of the feelings: to maintain a good mental state.
