为获取正常实验幼兔的眼屈光值。选用青紫蓝幼兔用电脑验光仪加角膜屈率计和眼科 A超分别检测实验幼兔双眼有关眼屈光数值。结果发现幼兔眼屈光力结果基本同人类儿童的相似 ,幼兔为轻度复性远视散光。幼兔左眼角膜柱镜轴位比右眼角膜柱镜轴位大(P<0 .0 5 ) ;而左眼散光轴位比右眼散光轴位要小 (P<0 .0 5 )。实验结果为近、远近视眼模型的建立提供了正常眼屈光数据。结果提示幼兔可作为眼发育阶段有关疾病的模型动物。
In order to obtain the normal experimental young rabbit’s eye refractive value. The results showed that the pupil refractive power results basically similar to human children, young rabbits for mild refolding hyperopia astigmatism. The left-corneal lenticular axis of the rabbits was larger than that of the right cornea (P <0.05), while the left axial astigmatism axis was smaller than the right-axis astigmatism axis (P <0.05). Experimental results for the near-far eye model provides the establishment of normal ocular refractive data. The results suggest that young rabbits can be used as animal models of diseases related to ocular development.
