如何有效地的预测和控制宽展,是大型环件热辗扩领域迫切需要解决的重要课题。本文采用热力耦合三维有限元法,从变形区当量形状参数角度出发,研究工艺因素对大型环件热辗扩成形中宽展的影响规律和机制。结果表明:不同工艺因素下宽展的变化是变形区当量形状参数变化的综合作用结果;减小相对压下量或者驱动辊转速,增大芯辊进给速度或环件初始温度均有利于环件端面质量的提高,也使得轴向宽展减小。
How to effectively forecast and control the development of the wide ring is an important issue urgently needed to be solved in the field of hot rolling. In this paper, by means of thermodynamic coupled three-dimensional finite element method, from the perspective of the equivalent shape parameters in the deformation zone, the influence of technological factors on the widening of the large ring in hot roll forming is studied. The results show that the variation of wide span under different technological factors is the result of the effect of the change of equivalent shape parameters in the deformation zone. Reducing the relative reduction or the rotation speed of the driving roller, increasing the feed rate of the core roller or the initial temperature of the ring are all favorable to the ring Improve the quality of pieces, but also makes the axial width reduction.
