本工作结合国内的实际情况,就介质、温度以及热处理等对钢的腐蚀疲劳性能的影响进行了初步探讨。研究了自来水、3%NaCl、NaOH 水溶液对汽轮机叶片材料2Cr13钢疲劳性能的影响;温度对腐蚀疲劳性能的影响;并通过连续和问歇喷淋介质研究大气中氧对金属腐蚀疲劳性能的影响;以及不同回火温度对水轮机转轮材料 Cr8CuMo 铸钢腐蚀疲劳性能的影响。本文还列举了近几年来根据生产实际的要求进行的几种材料腐蚀疲劳性能试验所得的数据。
This work combined with the actual situation in our country, on the media, temperature and heat treatment on the corrosion fatigue properties of steel were discussed. The effects of tap water, 3% NaCl and NaOH aqueous solution on the fatigue properties of turbine blade steel 2Cr13 steel were investigated. The effect of temperature on the corrosion fatigue properties was also studied. The effect of oxygen in the atmosphere on the metal corrosion fatigue properties was studied by continuous and intermittent spraying media. As well as the different tempering temperature on the turbine wheel material Cr8CuMo cast steel corrosion fatigue properties. This article also lists the data obtained in recent years according to the practical requirements of several materials corrosion fatigue properties of the test data.
