Merlin蛋白是NF2基因的产物,它的缺失可以诱发神经鞘瘤、脑膜瘤、室管膜瘤等一系列肿瘤的发生,而且Merlin蛋白在调控细胞的运动、增殖等方面起着重要作用。本文就Merlin蛋白与膜蛋白、Hippo通路和CD44的相互作用机制以及其在调控细胞侵袭和迁移、酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体等方面进行综述,并且对其未来研究方向进行展望。
Merlin protein is a product of NF2 gene. Its deletion can induce a series of tumors such as Schwannoma, meningioma and ependymoma, and Merlin protein plays an important role in regulating cell motility and proliferation. In this review, we review the mechanism of interaction between Merlin and membrane proteins, Hippo pathway and CD44 as well as their roles in the regulation of cell invasion and migration, tyrosine kinase receptor and so on.
