结核病的治疗是综合性的。除抗结核药物及卫生营养疗法外,消除由于结核病引起的神经机能障碍有一定重要性。过去不少学者为了消除其神经机能障碍曾使用了不同浓度的镇静剂,但应用奴佛卡因作皮下注射文献尚未见报告。本院自1458年3月—9月曾试用奴佛卡因治疗结核病的神经症候群,收到了较好的效果,今提出供同道参考。本组选择之病例均系治疗前曾长期使用药物(中药或针灸)对症治疗无效或效果不满意者。本组共12例,完全在住院条件下进行治疗。
The treatment of tuberculosis is comprehensive. In addition to anti-TB drugs and hygienic nutrition therapy, the elimination of neurological dysfunction due to tuberculosis is of some importance. In the past, many scholars used different concentrations of sedatives in order to eliminate their neurological dysfunction. However, no report has been reported on the use of novocaine for subcutaneous injection. Our hospital from March 1458 to September tried to deal with neurotoxic syndromes of Novocaine in the treatment of tuberculosis, received good results, now proposed for fellow reference. Selected cases of this group are long-term use of drugs before treatment (traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture) symptomatic treatment ineffective or unsatisfactory. The group of 12 cases, completely under hospital treatment conditions.
