杨立英,福建省闽侯县人。1987年以来历任福建师范大学政治教育系、经法学院总支副书记、书记,经济学院党委书记、公共管理学院党委书记等。现为福建师范大学公共管理学院教授、福建省重点学科——政治学一级学科负责人、政治学一级学科硕士点带头人、思想政治教育学科博士生导师。自20世纪80年代以来,杨立英教授始终专注于马克思主义理论、思想政治教育的研究,形成了“现代思想政治教育理论与实践”、“网络文化与意识形态建设研究”等相对稳定的研究方向,注重把基础理论研究与理论发展研究、理论问题研究与实践问题研究紧密结合起来,以发展思想政治教育的
