湖南省桃江锰矿由于狠抓设备管理,设备技术状况不断改善,装备水平不断提高,促进了企业效益的提高,最近连续第六次被评为省设备管理优秀单位。该矿在设备管理方面主要做了以下几项工作。1.完善制度抓基础。该矿结合开展标准化工作,投入大量人力物力完善设备管理规章制度,并已运用计算机辅助设备管理。2.加速设备更新换代。对主要生产设备和能耗高的设备适时更新,主要生产设备装备升级率达8.1%,
