特朗普提出“重建美国”和“美国优先”政策的本质是增加就业;对华政策的核心是解决美国对中国的巨大贸易逆差,其手段可能是通过关税和汇率对华施加贸易制裁压力,并借助地缘政治增加与中国在经贸领域谈判时的要价和筹码。针对特朗普政府的对华经贸政策,我国政府应冷静观察沉着应对,坚定自身发展战略不动摇,寻求在国际多边框架下解决中美经贸问题,继续推进中美BIT、BITT谈判,同时加强沟通和舆论引导。
