Cypress Semiconductor Corp. announced today the availability of Multiclock CY27EE16, a third-generation in-system programmable clock generator. The new Multiclock CY27EE16 has a built-in charge pump that allows designers to program or reprogram the devices in the system without any special external programming voltage or resorting to external programmers. Cypress offers a complete clocking solution with its innovative Cy-berClocks Clock Development Kit, which supports Cypress’s line-programmable clock generators. CyberClocks supports the CY27EE16 by allowing system designers to customize their needs in real time in a programming simulation environment on their personal computers.
