工程中的成本包括施工过程中发生的一切物化劳动与活劳动的货币表现,是所有生产资料、技术价值与劳动价值的总和。工程成本控制,就是要在保障施工项目质量的前提上,对施工过程进行调节,降低成本消耗,从而优化施工,提高工程效益获取能力。本文分析了当前建筑施工企业工程过程中成本控制的问题,针对这些问题提出了一些建议。
The cost of the project includes the monetary performance of all physical and chemical labor and live labor occurring in the construction process and is the sum of all the means of production, technical value and labor value. Project cost control, is to ensure the quality of construction projects on the premise of the construction process to adjust and reduce the cost of consumption, so as to optimize the construction and improve project efficiency gains. This article analyzes the current construction enterprises in the process of cost control problems, in view of these issues put forward some suggestions.
