针对两种不同变形量的TP2铜管材,进行不同退火温度和保温时间的热处理实验。对两种不同管材进行显微组织和力学性能实验,得到温度和保温时间对该管材的组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明,退火温度为影响TP2铜管材组织和性能的主要因素,适当提高温度可以增加试样伸长率;在一定范围内增加保温时间可以有效降低维氏显微硬度。对于大变形量管材,可以适当降低退火温度或者减少保温时间,该两种管坯较为理想退火工艺为退火温度400℃保温时间30~60 min。
For the two different amount of deformation of TP2 copper pipe, different annealing temperature and holding time of heat treatment experiments. The microstructure and mechanical properties of two different pipe materials were tested, and the influence of temperature and holding time on the microstructure and properties of the pipe was obtained. The results show that the annealing temperature is the main factor affecting the microstructure and properties of TP2 copper pipe. Appropriately increasing the temperature can increase the elongation of the sample. Increasing the holding time within a certain range can effectively reduce the Vickers microhardness. For large deformation of the pipe, you can properly reduce the annealing temperature or reduce the holding time, the two tube is the ideal annealing process annealing temperature of 400 ℃ holding time 30 ~ 60 min.
