在广西锡矿采矿方法的扇形中深孔爆破试验中,通过正交试验法定量分析了爆破参数对大块率、粉矿率的影响。试验研究表明,影响爆破质量的主次因素依次为抵抗线、装药结构、孔底距,且最优组合为孔底距2.3 m、抵抗线1.3 m、孔底起爆。正交实验法能减少试验次数,为合理选取最优爆破参数,提高爆破效果提供了一种科学、有效的方法。
In the fan-shaped medium-deep borehole blasting test of the tin mining method in Guangxi, the influence of blasting parameters on the mass fraction and the fines rate was quantitatively analyzed by orthogonal test. Experimental results show that the primary and secondary factors affecting blasting quality are resistance line, charge structure and hole bottom distance in turn, and the optimal combination is the hole bottom distance of 2.3 m and the resistance line of 1.3 m. Orthogonal experimental method can reduce the number of tests and provide a scientific and effective method for selecting the optimal blasting parameters and improving the blasting effect reasonably.
