作者对脑缺血所致完全性偏瘫,时间在12小时之内的15例患者进行了经颅多普勒超声(TCD)测脑内动脉血流速度的研究。结果7例血流速度>30cm/秒,其中5例受累的手和上肢功能完全或部分得以恢复;8例血流速度<30cm/秒,只1例完全恢复,余7例则遗留永久性手和上肢完全性偏瘫,两组间有统计学差异(P=0.04)。急性偏瘫多因中脑动脉(MCA)供血区缺血所致.如缺血持续数小时以上,将造成脑组织不可逆性损害.这一短暂时间极易错过紧急血管再造或血栓溶解的治疗时机。通过TCD检查较易快速地做出定性诊断,这为选择急症内科治疗还是行外科血管再造术提供了有重要价值的参考依据。作者通过
