企业财务管理也有必要尽快跟随转型,建设一支是有战略规划意识的财务管理团队,以战略为导向开展财务管理工作,并通过健全财务管理信息系统完成信息共享“十二五”期间,由战略转型引发的组织结构变更、企业过程重组、资源整合等,无疑给企业的传统财务管理模式带来了巨大冲击。显然易见,被动参与企业运作的财务管理模式已不足以服务于今天需要战略转型、产业升级的企业的可持续发展,有必要尽快跟随转型,建设一支具有战略规划意识的财务管理团队,以战略为导向开展财务管理工作,并通过健全财务管理信息系统完成信息共享,助推企业保持并增强核心竞争力,以适应国内外竞争环境。
