随着全世界对环境问题的重视以及新能源技术的研发和使用,我国社会正在迎来低碳经济的全新时代,碳标准成为一个崭新的国际标准得以应用,全球的社会经济行为以低能源、低温室气体的排放作为主要衡量标准。西方发达国家提出了碳关税的概念,新绿色贸易保护主义崭露头角。我国作为以工业制造业为主的大国,针对当下的国际形势,应当认真分析情况,积极提出应对措施,使我国经济社会能够保证健康可持续发展。
With the emphasis of the world on environmental issues and the research and development and application of new energy technologies, our society is now embracing a brand-new era of low-carbon economy.
