通过对我国近几年企业安全事故的分析得出,员工的不安全意识是造成事故发生的主要原因之一。首先理论分析了企业内部普遍存在的交互关系以及交互关系与员工安全意识之间的关系;其次通过实证的方法,分析和验证了不同交互关系对员工安全意识的影响作用;最后采用LV模型模拟改善交互关系前后员工安全意识的变化。研究结果表明,通过合理地改善企业内部交互关系可以切实地提升企业员工整体的安全意识水平。
Through the analysis of the enterprise safety accident in our country in recent years, it is concluded that the staff’s insecurity consciousness is one of the main causes of the accident. First of all, the author analyzes the relationship between ubiquitous interaction and interaction between employees and employee safety awareness in theory; secondly, through empirical methods, analyzes and verifies the impact of different interaction on employee safety awareness; Finally, using the LV model to simulate the improvement Changes of employee safety awareness before and after interaction.
