本文以巯基醋酸钠(SMA)和叔丁基硫醇(TBM)为例,用汞膜电极研究了水溶性与易挥发的含巯基化合物的差分脉冲阴极溶出优安法的测定.确定了最佳的测定条件.以醋酸—醋酸钠溶液(pH3.5)为底液,SMA浓度在0.2~70ppb的不同范围内均与溶出峰电流成良好的线性关系.其检测限为0.1ppb.方法的标准偏差为0.123,变动系数为4.6%.对易挥发的TBM,采用更换底液法,亦得到较为满意的结果.对碱介产物为甲硫醇的甲胺磷纯品的测定作了初步的尝试.为本法测定其残留量提供了可能.
In this paper, sodium thioglycolate (SMA) and tert-butyl mercaptan (TBM) were used as examples to study the determination of water-soluble and volatile thio-containing compounds by differential pulse cathodic dissolution with mercury membrane electrode. The determination conditions were as follows: acetic acid-sodium acetate solution (pH3.5) as the bottom liquid, SMA concentration in the range of 0.2 ~ 70ppb with the dissolution peak current into a good linear relationship with a detection limit of 0.1ppb. The deviation is 0.123, the coefficient of variation is 4.6% .For the volatile TBM, the replacement of the bottom liquid method, also get more satisfactory results.A preliminary test of the determination of methamidophos pure methamidophos product It is possible to determine the amount of residue for this Law.
