本文研究了用气相色谱火焰光度法测定水中五种有机磷农药(氧化乐果、敌敌畏、甲胺磷、乐果、甲基对硫磷)残留量的最佳条件。详细测定了火焰光度检测器中不同氢气和空气流速对响应值的特性曲线,指出了最优化条件中O/H的变化规律,选择了适合这五种农药测定的固定液及柱条件,讨论了甲胺磷在测定中的非线性问题及处理方法。确定选用15%QF—1柱时线性范围可达10~3—10~4,最小检测量(敌敌畏)可达0.5ng,方法的变动系数小于5%。
In this paper, the optimum conditions for the determination of five organophosphorus pesticides (omethoate, dichlorvos, methamidophos, dimethoate, methyl parathion) in water by gas chromatography flame photometry were studied. The characteristic curve of different hydrogen and air flow velocity to the response value in flame photometric detector was determined in detail. The change rule of O / H in the optimized condition was pointed out. The conditions of the fixed liquid and column suitable for the determination of the five pesticides were selected. Methamidophos determination in the non-linear problems and treatment methods. When the 15% QF-1 column was selected, the linear range was 10 ~ 3-10 ~ 4. The minimum detection volume (dichlorvos) was 0.5ng. The variation coefficient of the method was less than 5%.
