介绍采用流动注射分析技术,以NaNO2、Al(NO3)3、NaOH溶液为流动相,测定小儿清热解毒口服液中总黄酮的分析方法。该法克服了经典分析方法分析时间长,反应时间不好控制等缺点,其分析速度达150次/h,以芦丁为对照品,在50~250μg/mL,内呈良好线性关系,其方程为:C=8.407×10-5H—33.88,r=0.9997;样品测定的回收率为100.5%(n=5)。
This paper introduces the analysis method of total flavonoids in Xiaoer Qingrejiedu oral liquid using flow injection analysis technology and NaNO2, Al(NO3)3, NaOH solution as mobile phase. This method overcomes the shortcomings of long analysis time and poor control of reaction time in classical analysis methods. Its analysis speed is up to 150 times/h, and rutin is used as a reference substance. The linearity is well within the range of 50 to 250 μg/mL. It was: C=8.407×10−5H—33.88, r=0.9997; the sample recovery was 100.5% (n=5).
