研究目的:探讨有关遂渝线无碴轨道桩网结构加固地基技术设计计算理论等方面的问题。研究方法:通过回顾无碴轨道客运专线在中国的发展现状,结合遂渝客运专线土质路基上修建的无碴轨道综合试验段,对桩网结构地基处理技术设计计算理论进行了深入的探讨,包括桩网结构路基的构造研究、柔性拱的研究、承载力研究及沉降研究四个方面。基于桩网结构路基在列车荷载反复作用下,桩、网、土三者之间相互作用的复杂性,文章对桩网结构的室内大比例模型试验、现场原位动态测试试验、数值计算方法进行了详细的阐述。研究结果:对桩网结构的设计及计算方法进行了总结,并对试验段已开展的研究工作进行了阐述,希望今后在此基础上在无碴轨道桩网路基的施工中继续深入研究,积累更多的施工经验。
Research purposes: This paper discusses the problems in the design and calculation of foundation technology for the consolidation of ballastless track tracks on Suining-Chongqing railway line. Research Methods: By reviewing the development of ballastless track passenger dedicated line in China and combining with the comprehensive test section of ballastless track built on the soil subgrade of Su-Yu Passenger Dedicated Line, the design and calculation theory of pile foundation treatment technology is discussed in depth, including Pile network structure subgrade construction research, flexible arch research, bearing capacity research and settlement research in four aspects. Based on the complexity of interaction among pile, net and soil under the repeated action of train load, the large-scale indoor model test, the in-situ dynamic test and numerical calculation of pile-net structure are carried out. A detailed explanation. Findings: The design and calculation method of pile-net structure are summarized, and the research work carried out in the experimental section is expounded.
