目的建立基于网络的医院感染信息实时自动监测与管理平台,达到掌握监测区域医院感染相关信息动态、提高医院感染预防控制决策效率和快速反应能力的目的。方法依托军事综合信息网络平台,基于B/S架构进行开发,集中式网络架构,开发和部署医院感染网络监测信息系统;研发在医院内部网络中的数据适配器,利用医院内部信息系统和医院感染管理信息系统生成业务数据,通过通用接口和网闸,将数据自动推送至医院感染网络监测信息系统指定数据库中。结果初步建设完成基于网络的医院感染信息实时自动监测与管理平台,通过选择不同地域和不同情况的医院进行试点,形成了医院感染监测报告体系,实现了监测数据的网络自动报告、数据整合、审核和统计分析功能,并在4所医院试点成功;平台的拓展性能强,实时自动报告效率和数据标准化程度高。结论利用网络信息监测和数据推送技术,可实现医院感染监测信息的网络实时自动监测,可用于高效、灵活、统一开展区域及全国医院感染监测工作。
Objective To establish a network-based real-time automatic monitoring and management platform for nosocomial infection information so as to achieve the objective of mastering the information related to nosocomial infection in surveillance area and improving the decision-making efficiency and rapid response capacity of nosocomial infection prevention and control. Methods Relying on military comprehensive information network platform, developing and centralized network architecture based on B / S architecture, developing and deploying hospital infection network monitoring information system; developing data adapters in hospital internal network, utilizing hospital internal information system and hospital infection management Information system to generate business data, through the common interface and gatekeeper, the data will be automatically pushed to the hospital infection network monitoring information system specified database. Results A network-based platform for real-time monitoring and management of hospital infection information was initially constructed. Through selecting hospitals in different regions and different situations for pilot projects, a hospital infection monitoring report system was formed, which enabled automatic reporting of network monitoring data, data integration and auditing And statistical analysis functions, and successfully piloted in 4 hospitals. The platform has strong expansion performance and real-time automatic reporting efficiency and data standardization. Conclusion Using network information monitoring and data push technology, real-time network monitoring of hospital infection monitoring information can be realized in real time and can be used for efficient, flexible and unified monitoring of regional and national hospital infections.
