我们曾在大鼠和猫脑的纹状体尾内侧发现一个形态和功能特殊的区域——边缘区。本实验用免疫细胞化学方法和神经细胞染色法,研究猴的纹状体,发现其壳核尾内侧有一层以梭形神经细胞为主的区域。该区域富含乙酰胆碱以及P物质、脑啡肽、胆囊收缩素等与学习记忆相关的肽类免疫反应阳性细胞、纤维和终末。该区域与我们在大鼠和猫的纹状体内发现的边缘区的形态、位置以及免疫细胞化学特性相似,证明猴纹状体内也存在边缘区,可以认为边缘区是哺乳动物脑纹状体内的共有结构。
We have found a morphologically and functionally specific region - the marginal zone inside the striatum of rats and cat brains. In this study, immunocytochemistry and neuronal staining were used to study the striatum of the monkey and found that there was a layer of spindle-shaped neurons in the medial putamen. This area is rich in acetylcholine and substance P, enkephalin, cholecystokinin and other learning and memory-related peptide immunoreactive cells, fibers and terminals. Similar to the morphology, location, and immunocytochemical properties of the marginal zone we found in the striatum of rats and cats, this region demonstrates the presence of marginal zones within the monkey striatum that can be considered as marginal zones within mammalian striatum Shared structure.
