目的探讨采用CT靶点定位给予大鼠C6脑胶质瘤X刀治疗的可行性及其急性期治疗反应。方法采用立体定向方法制作大鼠C6脑胶质瘤模型,并于C6细胞植入后16d采用不同扫描野、平扫和增强相结合的CT靶点定位方法给予20GyX刀治疗,并观察其急性期治疗反应。结果治疗组(7只荷瘤鼠)X刀治疗均成功,5只生存状态均好于肿瘤组(9只荷瘤鼠)。治疗组肿瘤细胞密度减低和肿瘤水肿的发生率明显高于肿瘤组(P<0·05),同时伴有血管生成减少。结论本组CT靶点定位方法将在鼠脑肿瘤立体定向放射外科(SRS)研究中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of X-knife treatment of rat C6 glioma by CT target localization and its therapeutic response in acute phase. Methods The rat C6 glioma model was established by stereotactic method. Sixteen days after the implantation of C6 cells, CT scanning was performed with 20 Gy X-knife in combination with different scanning fields, plain scanning and contrast enhancement. The acute phase Treatment response. Results In the treatment group (7 tumor-bearing mice), X knife treatment was successful, and all 5 survivals were better than the tumor group (9 tumor-bearing mice). The incidence of tumor cell density reduction and tumor edema in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the tumor group (P <0.05), accompanied by decreased angiogenesis. Conclusion This method of CT target localization will play an important role in the study of stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) in brain tumors of rats.
