公众聚集场所的火灾危险性主要体现在火灾发生时,容易产生群死群伤的恶性后果,给人们的生命及财产造成不可估量的巨大损失,所以加强对公众聚集场所的安全防火管理,杜绝出现群死群伤的恶性事故,一直是消防部门的工作重点。在防范中应始终本着“以人为本,安全第一”的方针,提高各级人员的思想认识,积极推行消防安全责任制,确保万无一失。
