1978~1987年设置长期定位田间试验,观测施用有机肥和无机氮肥对土壤肥力的影响。试验表明,施用有机肥和无机氮肥对土壤肥力因素有良好的影响,有机肥和无机氮肥配合施用的效果最好。施用有机肥或无机氮肥都能增加土壤有机碳含量,而有机碳含量与土壤容重呈显著负相关(r=-0.812 n=9).土壤有机碳与土壤腐殖质含量(r=0.815 n=9)、腐殖质碳量与田间持水量(r=0.922 n=9)之间均呈显著正相关。
From 1978 to 1987, a long-term field experiment was set up to observe the effects of applying organic and inorganic N fertilizers on soil fertility. Experiments show that the application of organic manure and inorganic nitrogen fertilizers have a good effect on soil fertility, and organic manure and inorganic nitrogen fertilizers have the best effect. Organic and inorganic nitrogen fertilizers could increase soil organic carbon content, but organic carbon content and soil bulk density had a significant negative correlation (r = -0.812 n = 9).
