鼻骨骨折是法医临床学鉴定中最常见的一种骨折。其中粉碎性骨折及伴有明显移位的线形骨折依《人体轻伤鉴定标准》(试行)应评定为轻伤。本文作者对103例鼻骨骨折的法医学检案资料进行了回顾性研究,并就其损伤程度评定问题进行探讨。
Nasal fracture is forensic clinical identification of the most common type of fracture. The comminuted fractures and the linear fractures with obvious displacement should be rated as minor injuries according to the Criteria for the Criteria for Minor Injury of the Human Body (Trial). The author of the 103 cases of nasal fracture forensic medical records were retrospectively studied, and to assess the extent of damage to explore.
