科威特大学城ACSF项目603地块示范学校(ModelSchool)项目屋面为现浇不规则曲率空间曲面,常规模板体系难以满足曲面定位拟合及承载力要求.针对以上施工难点,采用单元体模板拼装,将曲屋面划分单元格,以平面模板加定制背楞框架组成单元体,然后按节点高度拼接成曲面.根据屋面坡度分缓屋面和陡屋面设计单元体类型.研究结果及实践表明,该施工方法可操作性强,既承载力又极大程度契合曲面曲率变化.“,”The roof of the Model School of ACSF project in Kuwait University Town is a cast-in-place irregular curved surface, and the conventional formwork system is hard to meet the requirements of curved surface positioning fitting and bearing capacity. In view of the above construction difficulties, the unit formwork assembly is adopted, the curved roof is divided into cells, the unit body is composed of plane formwork and customized back ridge frame, and then the surface is spliced according to the node height. According to the roof slope, it can be divided into slow roof and steep roof design unit types. The research results and practice show that the construction method has strong operability, which not only fits the bearing capacity but also the curvature change of curve surface to a great extent.
