高炉降低焦比使铁水温度降低约30～40℃,运输过程约降低110℃,给炼钢厂的生产带来了很大困难,尤其使废钢比大幅度下降,无疑增加了炼钢能耗,钢成本显著增加。本文将从以下几个方面解决铁水温降问题。(1)采用绝热保温型铁水罐。在不减少罐衬使用次数的情况下,增加罐衬保温绝热层,铁水罐加罐盖,铁水罐罐口用绝热保温材料覆盖。(2)采用保温铁沟和保温沟盖。(3)加强管理,缩短铁水运输时间。(4)制定合理的铁水废钢差价,制定炼钢铁水优温优价的办法,公司应制定铁水保温缩短运输时间单项奖励办法。
